Setting Up WiFi or Ethernet
• Click on Settings
• Click on Network
If you choose WiFi, you will be prompted for your password
• Use the Speed Test app found in Apps to test your download speed





Connectivity Issues

Always reboot your MyBox Media Streamer first if you’re experiencing any issue. You can also try rebooting your modem/router for your internet connection.

To reboot your MyBox Media Streamer simply hit the power button on your remote and then unplug the power, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. To reboot your wireless modem/router simply unplug the power to it and wait 15 seconds and plug back in.


Clear Cache

If your device becomes slow you can clear the memory to try and improve speed. Open Kodi and go to System, then Maintenance. Then click on Clear Cache, Purge Packages, Delete Thumbnails options.


Videos Won’t Load/Buffering
We recommend that you have at least 15mbps internet speed. To check go to and test your download speed.

To solve this problem you can either:
1. Move the wireless router closer to where your MyBox Media Streamer is connected for increased signal quality.
2. Switch to a wired (Ethernet) connection.
3. Choose a video that is lower quality so it loads faster
